Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email enquiry@pinnacleconsultancygroup.in from the address registered on your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your name, firm name and, if you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram, the profile name you used.
3. We will confirm your identity and acknowledge the request within 3 working days.
4. We will delete your data within 30 days and send you a written confirmation once it is done.

• Your account details: name, email, phone and firm name.
• Stored GST portal sessions and any client return data held for your firm.
• Enquiry form submissions and messages you sent us.
• Any details we received from Facebook or Instagram (such as your public profile name or messages sent to our Page).

We may retain limited records where the law requires it, for example payment and invoice records for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only for the period required and are not used for anything else.

You can also remove the app yourself: in Facebook go to Settings → Apps and Websites, select Pinnacle Consultancy Group and choose Remove. Then email us as above if you would like any data we already hold to be deleted.
